
Personal Collection Successfully Holds One-day Hiring
Personal Collection held a successful one-day hiring event on April 20, 2018 at the third floor of Triumph Building. Ross Villamil, VP for HROD, opened the event and welcomed all applicants with an empowering speech, where he focused on two important points: PC is a company with a mission and a vision.
Villamil talked about an individual’s personal vision, and how fusing it with the company’s vision of becoming the number 1 direct selling company by 2022 will lead to faster achievement of goals.
He also shared that what sets PC apart from other companies is its mission. According to him, there is no other company like PC that’s passionate to share the Great Life to its employees.
“If we work together, dream together, and move as one, then we will definitely achieve our goals,” Villamil shared.
The company’s HROD team was able to achieve another milestone as the event got 195 candidates for the company’s one-day caravan in Metro Manila and Central Luzon. By working closely with PC’s Business Development and Branch Operations partners, the team was able to hire 44 candidates in just one day.
Candidates and potential employees also had a great experience. They shared that they have never encountered a company as generous as Personal Collection. For successful candidates who accepted the offers, PC looks forward to having them on-board by May.
PC’s 1-Day Hiring Event is the first of many for this year. A similar event will also be conducted in North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
