Job Description
  • Collects HR-related information from HRIS, HR Shared Services, Corporate HR, Regional HR, and Talent Acquisition
  • Consolidates gathered data and prepares regular and new reports.
  • Interprets data and analyzes results
  • Formulate proposals to enhance current business processes based on gathered data.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in the field of Human Resources
  • With effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • With at least 3 years of experience as a Data •Analyst in Human Resources.
  • Familiar with the different HR processes and use of employee management software.
