Job Description

Review H2H Calls and check for compliance to H2H Standards
Report to Area Managers, Directors of Commercial Operations results of quality check done on intentional activities
Report to Area Managers, Directors of Commercial Operations results of quality check done on intentional activities
Monitor progress of compliance to reporting standards of Commercial Operations
Monitor action items agreed with Area Managers and Directors to address noncompliance reports on intentional activities

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course
At least 2-3 years of relevant quality assurance / audit experience
Visayan Speaking
