From CPA to Great Life Partner

A Certified Public Accountant, Ana helps manage her family’s Personal Collection branches in Bicol and now leads her own in Masbate City. Despite her demanding role, she never forgets to live fully. Through her PC business, she has discovered the balance to enjoy life and pursue her passions, freediving and traveling, living out the Great Life that Personal Collection stands for. 

For Ana, success and well-being go hand in hand. While business and career keeps her busy, her heart still belongs to the ocean, where she finds peace and freedom through freediving.

“When I dive, I find clarity. It reminds me to breathe, to slow down, and to trust the process.”

Growing Up in the Business

Ana grew up immersed in the world of direct selling. Her mother, Sonia Recamunda, a REX Elite Diamond Awardee, has always been her greatest inspiration. Their family’s 30-year journey in direct selling taught Ana that relationships are the heart of success.

Before, she often joked, “I was the COO, Child of Owner!” But it wasn’t long until she realized that she wanted to earn her own title.

“It’s not enough to be the owner’s daughter. I wanted to prove myself through hard work.”

In 2025, Ana and her siblings officially joined the business, each taking charge of their own branch. For her, it was proof that legacy and ambition can grow together.

A CPA with a Great Life Mindset

Her entrepreneurial spark began in college. She sold PC products to her classmates and teachers, always smiling as she said, “Bili na po for my future!” Each sale, rejection, and success only built her confidence and resilience to keep going.

When her parents opened a PC branch, Ana and her siblings helped out during weekends. Here, she learned early the importance of joy, service, and persistence in business success.

But at that time, Ana still had other plans. After passing the CPA board exam, she decided to fulfill her dream of working in a corporate office in BGC. However, she realized that city life wasn’t quite what she had imagined and that there’s more to life than just wearing the corporate attire she had longed for.

“Akala ko iyon na ang gusto kong buhay. Pero parang may kulang.”

So when her mother asked her to return home and help with the family business, Ana said yes—a decision that, from this point, would change her life.

Finding Her Confidence and Leadership

Back in Bicol, Ana oversaw the finances and compliance for their branches. But more than that, she also wanted to connect, lead, and inspire—a passion she reignited when she became a Great Life Executive.

“Working with PC gave me back my confidence,” she shares. “I learned to speak in public again, conduct trainings, and most importantly, inspire others.”

While she admired her mother’s leadership, Ana was determined to walk her own path.

“I told her, ‘Ma, I want to create my own timeline and activities.’”

Her mother’s support never wavered. Ana’s first car, gifted by her parents when she came home, became her companion for meetings, errands, and deliveries, as well as a symbol of her independence and growth.

Resilience Amid Challenges

When the pandemic struck, Ana adapted quickly. She personally delivered PC products to stay closely connected with her customers and team.

 “I’ll always be grateful to those who supported me during that time,” she recalls.

That period also taught Ana to see success differently. Guided by her values, she created a vision board to remind herself that real success isn’t measured by comparison, but by fulfillment.

When her parents entrusted her with managing a new branch during the pandemic, she saw it as an opportunity and embraced the challenge.

“Sinimento na ng magulang ko, dadaanan ko na lang,” she says humbly.

Their foundation became her strength. And through faith and hard work, the branch thrived.

Leadership is Earned

Ana incorporates her family’s proven systems with her own creative leadership style.

“I’m blessed to have supportive parents, responsible staff, and Great Life leaders who trust me despite my young age.”

She believes that privilege must always be matched with effort.

“I won’t just inherit success. I’ll earn it.”

Her perseverance has led to milestones like joining the Prestige Club. Yet beyond the awards and recognitions, what fulfills her most is living a life aligned with her values—one filled with freedom, growth, and adventure.

“I’m happy because I made it happen.”

“If you want to feel empowered, you have to go back to who you are.”

Today, Ana continues to honor her parents’ legacy while making her own impact.

“I promised them that generations will know, feel, and benefit from all their efforts today.”

To her, the Great Life is a balance of success, purpose, and freedom. When she’s not managing her branch, she’s underwater, freediving, embracing the calm and courage that fuel her spirit.

“It took me a while to embrace all the hats I wear: CPA, business owner, diver, mentor. But now, I can proudly say I am all of them.”

She often introduces herself with a smile:

“I’m Ana! Your CPA, former COO, now owner, millennial direct seller, and your BicolANA freediver.”

Her message to others is simple yet powerful:
