1. Pumunta sa Mother Branch mo at lumapit sa DFO.
2. Ihanda at ibigay ang sumusunod:
- Kumpletong Pangalan
- Contact Number
- Conso ID
- Branch Name
- Recent Photo (1×1 or 2×2)
3. Magbayad ng ₱100 para sa GLAM ID card.
4. Hintayin ang iyong card sa loob ng 1–2 weeks.
5. Pirmahan ito kapag natanggap mo na.
Kung kayo naman ay isang Personal Collection employee, ipakita lamang ang iyong company ID sa participating branches ng ating partner merchants para ma-avail din ang discount at perks na exclusive para sa lahat ng ka-PC!
